Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: clearance items, special orders, consumables, and products damaged by misuse.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us with your order details and photos.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Shipping costs for returns (except wrong/defective items) are borne by the customer.
